I had a great time with friends staying here! We visited Olympic National Park and took a ferry ride. The location was super convenient, close to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, providing us extra towels when needed.

However, we encountered dirty towels and an overall lack of cleanliness that wasn't acceptable, which impacted our stay.

The scrambled eggs were a glorious morning treat, and we stumbled upon some fantastic local eats, especially the Okasan Japanese Restaurant just a hop away! Plus, with comfy beds and a buzzing kids' pool scene, it was a chill time overall.

The ceiling was so thin we could hear every laugh and shout from the folks above us. Staff seemed kinda bored, like, maybe let’s give 'em a viewing platform at the front desk so they don't miss their guests!

The carpets felt moist and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom could have been cleaner too, as I noticed some dirt in the corners. We encountered minor issues with room service, as our room wasn't cleaned one day, forcing us to ask for fresh towels. Lastly, the breakfast offered limited options and could have been better stocked. Overall, the stay had a nice vibe, but attention to cleanliness would make it much better.

I really appreciated that the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly enough, making it easy to head out and explore nearby attractions like the Francis Street Park, which is just about 1.5 km away, and enjoy a scenic walk along the Olympic Discovery Trail that's almost 2 km from my stay.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We stayed in the Executive Kitchenette Suite during our family vacation. The kitchenette was a great convenience for quick meals. However, there was a lack of bedding for the pull-out couch, causing a bit of hassle. Cleanliness needs attention, especially in the bathroom.

olympic inn & suites is in a super convenient location! there are plenty of places to eat like mcdonald’s, wendy’s, and frugals nearby. the staff was very friendly, making our stay enjoyable. the room was clean, and the comfy bed allowed us to rest well after our adventures.
